 Role Description Skills

Lead the definition, design, and implementation of Teamcenter PLM solutions with a strong focus on security architecture and governance. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions while driving best practices across implementation, customization, and deployment.

Functional Area Experience / Skills Required

• 12+ years of experience in Teamcenter solution design, implementation, and enterprise PLM deployments.

• Strong expertise in Teamcenter Security, including Users, Groups, Roles, ACLs, Organization, Project Security, and Access Manager.

• Experience gathering business requirements, defining solution architecture, and leading customer-facing workshops.

Technical Skills / Systems Experience Required

• Hands-on experience with Teamcenter, Active Workspace (AWC), BMIDE, Workflow Designer, Access Manager, and Preference Management.

• Strong knowledge of ITK, SOA/REST services, Teamcenter deployment, configuration, and environment administration.

• Experience with Teamcenter upgrades, data migration, integrations, and version control tools (Git/SVN) is preferred.

Expected Key Deliverables

• Design and implement secure Teamcenter solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements.

• Configure and optimize Teamcenter security models and access controls.

• Deliver solution documentation, security design artifacts, deployment support, and knowledge transfer to project teams.

Years of Experience Required

• 12+ years of Teamcenter implementation and solution architecture experience, with significant expertise in Teamcenter Security.

Minimum Education Level Expected

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Certifications Required (Preferred)

• Siemens Teamcenter Administration/Implementation Certification (preferred).

• Siemens Active Workspace Certification (preferred).

• PLM or enterprise architecture certifications are an added advantage.

We are looking for a Teamcenter Developer with strong configuration and customization experience to support Teamcenter Security and Audit enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and implement Teamcenter security and audit requirements.

• Configure and enhance:

o Audit Manager events and logging

o Queries, reports, and audit templates

o Access Manager, ADA, and other security components

• Develop custom solutions using ITK/SOA for security requirements.

• Enhance audit reports, templates, and data extraction capabilities.

• Perform unit testing, debugging, and issue resolution.

• Support integration testing, system testing, and defect fixes.

• Prepare deployment packages, BMIDE configurations, and migration scripts.

• Support deployment, rollout, and post-production validation activities.

• Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.

• Analyze current-state PLM architecture and define target-state application, integration, data, and security architecture.

• Evaluate leading PLM platforms capabilities and recommend scalable solution architectures aligned with client requirements.

• Define integrations between PLM and enterprise systems including ERP, CAD, ALM, MES, SCM, and enterprise data platforms.

• Lead technical design workshops, solution blueprint development, data migration strategy, and system integration planning.

• Support implementation planning by defining technical workstreams, architecture governance, standards, and implementation best practices.

• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree with 12+ years of PLM architecture and implementation experience, including enterprise integrations and at least one successful implementation of Siemens Teamcenter or PTC Windchill.

• Support process harmonization, user acceptance testing, training, and deployment activities across business functions.

• Collaborate with architects, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful PLM solution design and implementation.

• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of PLM functional consulting experience, including engineering process transformation and at least one successful implementation of Siemens Teamcenter or PTC Windchill.
